"Blue sky construction was for me the "right" choice when it came to revamping the house which I bought. The brief sounds quite simple, bring a 4 bed 1930's house which looked inside like something out of the 1970s into a modern home for a growing family. What this involved was anything but simple in that involved gutting the whole inside of the house and rebuilding it from there. Darek's team did an exceptional job in bringing this house up to date. From start to finish it took them just three and a half month. The attention to detail of his team was incredible from restoring the old 1930s doors to building out the utility room and knocking through the toliet and the small bathroom to create a stunning contemprorary bathroom. Friends of mine that have since visted the house have complimented on the finish and some have asked Darek to also do their own re-builds! Reconstructions. I would say there are 4 things which characterise Darek and his team at Blue Sky Constructions:

 1. Honesty & integrity - I struck a fixed price deal with Darek and he honoured every single aspect even if it meant that his team had to absorb some additional work over and above what was planned. When you shake hands with Darek, you know that he will honour his deal.

2. Transparency - when there was any changes you wanted to make to the original scope, what you got was a very transparent view of what it would cost to make the changes to assure you that you were paying just for that change and not just an excuse to make excess profits or recover losses

3. Delivery focus - the team was fully focused on completing the job in hand and where not spread thinly across any other jobs. The house was pretty much delivered within the timeline (give and take a week or two) that we originally agreed.

4. Value for Money - there is an old cliche that you can not get high quality and a low price. Well that is pretty much what we got in our house. Dareks quote beat pretty much the other builder quotations by 15-20 %! Now there are not many builders who you could say those 4 things about. In short, if you can get Darek and Blue Sky Construction to work for you then count yourself very lucky."
