This project required the construction of a 85 m3 single storey extension on the rear of the property. The main features were:

• Complete installation of large kitchen
• Wet under floor heating
• New central heating system with Megaflow
• General refurbishment
• New downstairs toilet
• Soak-away constructed in garden

Client had owned property for over 5 years and because of an increasing family size, they wanted to extend and modernise their property. They wanted to substantially increase their living space and wherever possible add value to their property. The property had been built in the 1980’s and so the refurbishment focused on removing the out dated detail such as the artex and the blow heating system.
