A project that required a basement conversion and the whole property being underpinned. The main features were:

• 2 light wells
• Rear extension
• New kitchen
• New bedroom
• New bathroom
• New utility room in basement

Client wanted to increase size of property from two to three bedrooms. They decided the best way to achieve this was to use the existing basement which had an initial ceiling height of 1.2m. The floor needed excavating by over 1.3m and the property required underpinning. A sewer and two manholes had to be repositioned that ran under the property. A rear extension was built and a new open plan kitchen fitted.
