A project requiring the complete refurbishment of the property. The main features were:

• Loft conversion
• Single storey rear extension
• Landscaped garden

Client had owned the property for several years and wanted to extend and modernise the house to its full potential. The finish level need to be of the highest standard possible (within budget) as the Client wanted the flexibility of potentially renting the property out to the corporate sector for Wimbledon Tennis fortnight and they wanted to achieve the highest possible rental yield.
