Our client on this project had owned the property for some time and wanted to upgrade the property significantly to gain the maximum rental yields possible in the future. The main features were
- The demolition of the old rear extension
- Re-ordering the back garden
- Construction of a new rear extension to include a bathroom, kitchen and dining room
- General renovation to the rest of the building
- Full re-plaster of all the walls and ceilings
- Sanding of the original wooden flooring
- Replacing the wooden sash windows
- Landscaped new flower beds and paving in the rear garden
- Installed new paving in front of the building
Our client was very happy with the finished product as the pictures clearly display.
