New rear extension built with part of the existing building being demolished. The main features were:
- Rear extension
- First floor bathroom refurbishment
- Central heating upgrade
- General decoration
- Small internal changes
- New bathroom in extension
Our client had owned the three bedroom house for some time and wanted to upgrade the property by replacing a large conservatory with a rear brick extension. The rear extension had a large downstairs bathroom included within it.
