Complete refurbishment to every wall, floor and ceiling of this beautifully located apartment. The main features were:

• Lower level room repositioning
• Kitchen refit
• 2 bathroom upgrades
• Central heating upgrade
• Complete electrical overhaul (2km of cable)
• 2 fireplaces reinstated

This double upper flat in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town presented a tough challenge for BSC. Positioned on the 4th and 5th floors of a tenement block without any lift this project created a serious logistical challenge. Every single square metre of wall, ceiling and floor was changed, this amounted to nearly 750 m2. Everything had to be winched or carried up and down to the property. The Clients wanted the property to be refurbished to a high level as they would be letting it out on short term corporate lets.
