This project required a significant redesign of the downstairs layout with a new rear single storey extension. The main features were:
- Relocated and redesigned kitchen
- Bathroom refurbishment
- New en-suite shower room
- Sash windows restored and double glazed
- General refurbishment inside and out
Our client had owned the property for some years and with the help of an architect they wanted to completely reorganise the downstairs. This included relocating the kitchen to the front of the house and making the rear rooms and new extension into a large open plan flexible space.
