Project Overview

New rear extension built with part of the existing building being demolished. The main features were:

• Kitchen required relocating and complete refit
• The new extension required wet under floor heating
• The rear of the property required extensive decking  
• A large foundation was cast for 21m2 log cabin at the end of the garden

Our client had owned the one bedroom/two reception room property for 3 years and due to young family needed an extra bedroom. We achieved our client’s aim of making the new building water tight by Christmas. Our client demanded a very precise contemporary specification which included 2.8m high triple track doors which weighed in at over 600kg.
